The website

This website asks you for nothing and collects no personal data: no account, no form, no cookies, no analytics. Fonts and images are served by the website itself, with no third-party service.

The +help search runs entirely in your browser: what you type is never sent anywhere.

The name, picture and color you try in the preview stay in your browser: nothing is sent, nothing is saved.

Like any website, the host may keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) to run and protect the site.

Discord

When you follow a link to Discord, Discord’s privacy policy applies.

The bots

Osmo Bots bots store what they need to work on your server: settings, moderation history, tickets… Each bot has its own database, kept apart from the others.

On Discord, the +confidentialite command details what the bot keeps and why.

When a subscription ends, the bot’s settings are kept for 24 hours, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data about you. Write to us at [TO BE COMPLETED: email address] or on our Discord. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
